In an attempt to curb the overdependence on the use of 'disposable' plastic water bottles we provide water refill facilities.

When you attend any of our classes you can refill up to 1.5 litres for free. Even if you are not attending yoga class you can refill 1.5 litres for 1 rm - less than half the price of bottled water in the shops and no extra plastic to be disposed of.


The water is reverse osmosis filtered by a locally based independent supplier and guaranteed safe for drinking by the Malaysian Health Ministry.

Bottled water use in Asia has increased from 12,472 thousand cubic metres per year in 1997 to 35,977 thousand cubic metres in 2004 (almost a threefold increase). Good news for plastic bottle manufacturers, not so good for the environment. Bring an empty bottle next time you come for yoga class
