Meng Foong and Marc founded Yoga Now Malaysia together in 2007 and have been running retreats on the lovely island of Langkawi since 2009.
If you are new to yoga, then a yoga retreat will give you a comprehensive introduction to this ancient practice. If you are already an experienced yoga practitioner then you will be able to deepen your yoga practice in a peaceful and beautiful setting.
Yoga retreats at Yoga Now Malaysia are based on traditional Hatha Yoga - a combination of Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) and relaxation, that has given benefit to millions of practitioners over thousands of years.
We focus on the basic essentials of yoga that have long since proved their usefulness to humanity.
The concentration and awareness that yoga exercises require help to train the mind to bring more awareness into daily life. Yoga is about being in the present, living each moment to the fullest and getting more out of life NOW.
If Yoga had a flavour, at Yoga Now it would be good old fashioned plain vanilla.
Yoga retreats are held at our yoga studio in a peaceful setting by the paddy fields a few minutes drive from Pantai Cenang beach.
All yoga retreats are open to all levels - beginners welcome

We keep our retreats and workshops deliberately small to ensure you receive individual attention.
